We don’t eat enough locally produced Fruit. There, we’ve said it. And we are not afraid to tell the general public in our new campaign entitled ‘Our own locally produced Fruit’ (Fruit van bij ons) on behalf of VLAM (the Flemish Centre for Agriculture and Fisheries Marketing). Enjoy!
Our own locally produced fruit – products with added value. Not only are our strawberries, other berries and cherries delicious, you are also supporting the local economy and protecting the environment,since locally produced fruit doesn’t have to cover large distances by road or sea. All compelling arguments that urgently need to be highlighted once again in order to generate a new buying reflex amongst consumers: think locally produced fruit. And because rhymes help us to remember things, our campaign is signed by Fons, which rhymes with ‘Fruit van bij ons’.
This is why Choco developed an online video, highlighting the arguments in favour of choosing locally produced Fruit set against a colourful background: the setting is based on a stylised fruit shop, to demonstrate that locally produced Fruit really delivers added value. It was developed by the Brussels-based company Le Silo.
