For some time choco Tourism Flanders has been supporting the development of Quality in Tourism, a scheme that helps hotels improve their service. It makes them stronger, improves their competitive position and helps them put tourism in Flanders on the map.
Choco sent out an impressive direct mail that encourages hoteliers to book a mystery visit with Tourism Flanders. The idea: take a look at your hotel through the eyes of a customer, as this is guaranteed to provide you with new insight. An insight that was creatively translated into two images in both of which a hotelier is wearing a mask. Frieke Janssens took the great photographs and the printing on unique paper is also of very high quality. A mask was also included in the direct mail.
Choco also helped Tourism Flanders develop the online process, providing an A to Z that helps hoteliers improve their service. Choco mainly carried out work behind the scenes here.
