A LOGO THAT IS IN STEP WITH THE BRAND

Tele-Onthaal’s iconic old logo was based on the rotary dial of a phone. So you can see how it really needed an update, considering you can also chat online with Tele-Onthaal nowadays. More and more people discuss their problems online with counsellors. We did create a logo around their phone number, as it is still the first line of contact with Tele-Onthaal for many people. But choco also incorporated the two options (call or chat) in the logo. You can see them at a glance. The human aspect was equally important, which is why we added two little men to the zero and the six. They embody the human contact and the connection with Tele-Onthaal. The volunteers are there to help everyone, they empathise with callers and try to help them find a solution to their problems.

The logo also offers plenty of opportunities for animation and the main USPs can easily be added to the basic logo.

A STYLISH CORPORATE IDENTITY

The new logo has been enhanced with a new corporate identity, which was also created by choco. It consists of a basic shape that can be easily combined and a colour scheme that is soft but not too soft. Together, they give the brand a fresh new look.

We also enjoyed the media attention as a result of the new logo. Both VRT-nieuws and the newspaper De Standaard reported on the presentation by Minister Jo Vandeurzen, which was great for Tele-Onthaal. Or how to launch your logo in style!
