That is why choco also offers coaching sessions, allowing our clients to tailor their relationship with their employees or customers based on their personal experience. Each coaching plan consists of a preparatory session, the actual coaching session, a clear analysis and specific action points for the future. Obviously, the basic formulas can be extended in function of the client’s specific needs. Our experienced and enthusiastic coaches are always at your service.

Brands with staying power do not limit themselves to selling themselves. Instead, they show who they are, simply and consistently: they reveal themselves to be self-conscious, vulnerable and willing to engage in genuine relationships with their customers. A DNA coaching session teaches brands and companies to dust off this core identity. Not another study that will languish on a shelf on a cupboard, in other words, but a powerful guideline that can streamline your policy and daily communication. A DNA coaching session is organised with the company’s management. Depending on the context, it can last one to two days.

A positioning is a unique tool for brand builders. We use system thinking techniques to map the relationship between brands and their target audiences. This intuitive approach generates exceptionally valuable input for developing a brand strategy. You need about half a day for a basic positioning.

EVERYONE A LEADER: SELF-MANAGING TEAMS

This leadership coaching session targets management and employee teams. We coach team members so they learn how they work and better understand how they see others and work with them. A CLC analysis (ComplementaryLeadershipChart©) is used as the starting point for the self-managing team. Together we practice systems, in order to create a culture in which self-aware employees enhance each other on the job every day. Every coaching session lasts half a day and we work with a group of maximum 10 participants.

TALENT BOOST

A fruitful collaboration relies on you being able to recognise and qualify your own talents and those of others. In this workshop, we will put everyone’s talents in the spotlight, in a playful manner. The main objective is to look at each other in function of those things that you and your colleagues really excel at. The idea is to enhance and complement each other. The workshop lasts about two hours and is perfect for larger groups or as a teambuilding activity.

THE NEW APPROACH TO SALES

While traditional sales tricks may work for a short time, they do not offer sustainable added value as more and more brands have come to realise. During this workshop, choco teaches sales staff to break free from their familiar pattern. Every sales environment is shown the way forward to more sustainable success by developing a genuine relationship with every (potential) customer,using a simple method. This workshop will take half a day.
