This leadership coaching session targets management and employee teams. We coach team members so they learn how they work and better understand how they see others and work with them. A CLC analysis (ComplementaryLeadershipChart©) is used as the starting point for the self-managing team. Together we practice systems, in order to create a culture in which self-aware employees enhance each other on the job every day. Every coaching session lasts half a day and we work with a group of maximum 10 participants.
