It’s been a long time since choco and the people from the VLAM (Flemish Centre for Agriculture and Fisheries Marketing) egg were strangers. For a first campaign, they asked us to explain to people that eggs are full of nutrients, and thereby to improve the relationship between (especially) mothers and eggs. We invented a cute egg mascot that promoted the energy and power of eggs, through break dancing and jumping. It became a success. In 2016, VLAM egg is engaging us for another challenge: to convince everyone that any time is egg time.
We revitalised the egg mascot in a catchy online campaign. This time, the egg is a cheerful majorette or can-can dancer. In each video, the egg beats time for the rest of the ingredients. Together, they move towards an omelette or quiche, delicious at any time. The ads will be placed online first. Stickfish, the Ghent production house, undertook the production of the ad.
